I was lucky enough to try these and the cola is exactly like those cola bottle lollies and is really nice and the smell of the pear is so unbelievably wonderful!! Orange is really good too, still working my way through the other flavours.
Is there any way to make them have a little effervescence? This would be quite nice

On the fizz question, effervescence isn’t something Brianne and the lab team can create with an ingredient alone. Bubbles exist in bottled and canned drinks because CO₂ is forced into the liquid under pressure - once that pressure’s gone, there’s nothing to hold them there. The good news though is you can absolutely make them with sparkling water if you have something like an Oh Bubbles machine. This is especially good with the cola! ~ Ella.
